E-Claim Program

Dear Healthcare Provider,

Dubai Health Authority would like to thank you for your participation in the e-claim link uptake process; this is a key strategic initiative for the Emirate that is in line with the leadership’s aspirations of a best practice knowledge based health sector.

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requires ALL Healthcare Providers in the Emirate of Dubai to start submitting their insurance claims for ALL payers (insurance companies and TPAs), for all of the services provided in Dubai, electronically (e-claims) through www.eclaimlink.ae portal starting January 1st, 2013 onwards. They can agree with payers to start earlier if they are ready before that.

This has been arranged with payers operating in Dubai and after the successful implementation of Enaya claims (Government of Dubai insurance scheme) electronically since June 2012.

It is important to note that ALL healthcare providers who are dealing with e-claims must register (if not registered already) on www.eclaimlink.ae and go through proper system training arranged through the site. Currently, there are more than 1200 healthcare provider and 35 payer registered on the system.

For all group healthcare providers, it is important that each licensed facility of the group register separately on the system and submit their claims using its facility ID (generated by licensing at Health Regulation Department).

It is important to note that evolutionary development is crucial for the Emirate’s Health System, its providers, payers and most important its residents, and your efforts are highly valued.
