Circular On The New Decree On Regulating The Practice Of Medical Professions In The Emirate Of Dubai

To: all private health facilities and medical professionals in Emirate of Dubai

Please be informed that the new decree of regulating the practice of medical professions in the emirate of Dubai has been recently approved, which will regulate the process of dealing with health facilities and medical professionals, including the list of violations.

 

So please be aware that it will be applied effective of 01/05/2013 (1^st May 2013), and it is,therefore,requested from all the health facilities and professionals to correct their situation, if needed, prior to that date.

A copy of the new decree is attached.
