E-Source Accounts And Access

Dear Health Facilities Representatives

Greetings to all,

At the beginning, we would like to extend our best regards to all and hope you continued progress and prosperity. As well, we thank you for your interactive cooperation with us. The aim of sending this email is to seek your prompt interaction regarding the E-source accounts’ access; in order to ensure that the accesses has been given and the data can be entered.

You are kindly requested to send us a confirmation email of receiving a username and a password, in case of not receiving any username and password please fill in the attached table.

We are glad to provide the clinic with training sessions, if necessary.

Kindly be informed that in case of not receiving any confirmation from your end within one week, the clinic name will be raised to Dubai Health Authority to take the necessary action.
