Survey For Containment Of Wild Poliovirus At U.A.E Laboratories

The Ministry of Health of the UAE is conducting a national inventory of laboratories within country. The purpose of the inventory is to locate any materials potentially-infected with wild poliovirus type 2 OPV2/Sabin2, so that our country can confirm that the readiness criteria for global tOPV withdrawal has been met. 

Accordingly, kindly check the attached questionnaire to be filled and returned to ( Dr. Ahmed Masfari in his contact as mentioned at the bottom of the form.
