Category Transformation of the following medications (dispense group):

 

1-  Pregabalin  (and all other salts in its raw or processed or mixed formula)

 

2-  Gabapentin (and all other salts in its raw or processed or mixed formula)

 

To commitment Further to the above-mentioned subject and in relevance to according to the cabinet and safety health community’s Ministry of Health commitment to community’s health and safety and according to the Cabinet, decision no. (8 medications to table the above listed to add 2015 of 38) no decision on combating narcotic drugs 1995 for the year of federal law (14). No appendix. Ministry is decided by it < article and its amended and Psychotropic substances the category of the modify of health and prevention in the UAE to become only through prescriptions for mentioned medications two above to abide are kindly requested all parties since then (Group D Controlled Drugs) regulations applied with the consensus by this circular in what mentioned by the ministry of health .
