Circular # 70 On Loss Of Controlled Drugs Prescription Note

Please be advised that  prescription notes of controlled drugs carrying the no. 529999 and 530000 have been lost.
You are therefore requested to conform to the rules and regulation applied in this regard by taking the utmost caution of not dispensing any prescription the serial no. 375805 as mentioned.

In case of acknowledgment or access any prescription with the above mentioned number , please call any of the following numbers:
