[Reminder] Reminder - Submission Of Statistical Data To E-Source System- Private Sector

To: All Medical Directors –  the respectful
Private Sector  - Dubai

Firstly, DHA extends sincere greetings to all its partners and wishing them every success and achievements.

It has been noticed the non- compliance of some facilities with providing their statistical data via the E-source system for the year 2016.

Thus , It is worth to draw attention for the following principles:

 

         -    Facilities that, so far not providing their statistics are kindly requested to submit their data through the E- sourcesystem with  strict acquiescence of deadline Sunday 16th April 2017

 

·        -       Those, that have already submitted, but non approved data via E- Source system (either electronic or manually) should complete the required process and re- upload ratified statistics data in the system before the above mentioned deadline.

·          -    Information and requirements mentioned above are expected to be met by all with commitment and  compliance in order to avoid any punitive actions against non adherent parties

- ·       -     Facilities that properly submitted their data,f or 2016, kindly to ignore these codes
