[Reminder] Final Reminder - Submission Of Statistical Data From The Private Sector Facilities To The E-Source System

To: All Private Healthcare Facilities in Dubai

Greetings from Dubai Health Authority,

Please be informed that some health facilities have not yet submitted their statistical data in the E-source System for the year 2017.

The health facilities that have not yet provide their statistical data are requested to submit their data via E-source before the deadline of 15 March 2018.

The health facilities that have already submitted their statistical data via the E-Source (either by using the data upload functionality or manually), but have not approved these data are requested to do approvals of all the reports on the E-Sources system before the deadline. 

DHA will take the necessary action against non-compliant facilities in case of further delay.

Kindly ignore this circular if your organization has completed the data submission for the year 2017.
