[Reminder] Required Data Collection And Submission From Healthcare Facilities – Reminder On Circular 58

Reference: CIR-2018-SHN0837

To : All Health facilities Private Sector - Dubai

 

In accordance with Circular No.(58)  issued in 2015 on the collection and delivery of data from health facilities; please note that the Health Regulation Department requires all DHA licensed healthcare facilities to adhere to the previous circular regarding the addition of the data listed below to the patient's medical record (either by electronic program or manual) as well as other data in the registry:

•        Proof of Identity

•           Nationality

•          Country of Permanent Residence

•         Specify Emirate of Residency in UAE 

  Data shall be submitted through e-sources system that is managed by Dubai Statistics Center.
