[Reminder] Circular 167 A Week Without Service Centers - Initiative

To: All licensed Health Facilities & Health Professionals – Dubai
 
In line with the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to achieve the complete digital transformation and encourage customers to shift to smart channels for governmental services , it is to draw attention to the following:

1.      Cash payment of fees and services that already have its online provider will be stopped at customer center - Health Regulation Sector during the period from 21-25th October 2018.

2.      Customers wishing to perform their transactions that require payment of fees or services should use the one line service system “ Sheryan”; through which they can carry out all the businesses relating to licensing of professionals and health facilities

3.      Services relating to sell register pads of Controlled and semi controlled drugs will also be stopped over the initiative period.
