Warnings and Safety reports for Pharmaceutical Products & Medical Devices

To all health facilities / all health care practitioners in Dubai's private health sector:

Referring to the above subject, DHA notes all health facilities regarding the Circular issued by the MOHAP for information and adhere to what is stated

• Withdrawal all batch’s for Zordyl Mouth Wash
• Withdrawal medical device Nellix Endovascular Aneuryem Sealing (EVAS) System
• Adding warnings to the pharmaceutical product Lemtrade (Alemtuzumab)
• Safety report while using a medical device to check blood sugar FreeStyle Libre Flash Gluensor
