Referring to the above subject, DHA notes all health facilities regarding the Circular issued by the MOHAP for information and adhere to what is stated

• Recall all batch’s for pharmaceutical product Dibase 300000, 100000 I.U. ml/IM & oral
• Removal of Registration Suspension Import & Marketing of the product Daroxime 500mg tablet
• Recall medical device Ellipse Implantable Cardioverter defibrillators
