Dubai Health Authority - Health Regulation Sector (HRS) appreciates the ongoing support and collaboration offered by its Strategic Partners to improve the provision of healthcare services in the Emirate of Dubai.  HRS is committed to ensuring its stakeholders are kept up to date with new reporting requirements issued to the health sector and is pleased to launch a new set of KPIs for the Standards for Telehealth services to improve patient safety and healthcare quality.

All Telehealth services are required to adhere with the reporting requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and avoidance of violation.  

The deadline for reporting will be two weeks post the end of each Quarter maximum, as follows

Q1 date of reporting-   5-10 April

Q2 date of reporting-   5-10 July

Q3 date of reporting-   5-10 Oct

Q4 date of reporting-    5-10 Jan
