We would like to inform you that Dubai Health Authority would be launching (Alhamd) electronic Program to provide the service of issuing birth and death certificates to residents of the Emirate of Dubai taking into account the suspension of the certification service from the Ministry of Health and Prevention, on February 9, 2020.

Based upon:

Private sector hospitals will create a birth or death notification as per the previous trainings through Sheryan System and to direct the customer to issue the certificate to the nearest center :
