(HRS) appreciates the ongoing support and collaboration offered by its Strategic Partners to improve the provision of healthcare services in the Emirate of Dubai.

And as part of HRS commitment to update healthcare providers with all the developments on both health practices and laws and regulations governing the provision of the services HRS hereby announces the publication of the updates on the Brain Death Determination Policy to improve patient safety and healthcare quality. All health facilities and professionals are required to refer to the attached document and adhere to the regulations set out in the aforementioned standards in order to assure compliance and avoid irregularities that may result in this regard.
