Recall,Lifting Suspension and Safety updates of a Pharmaceutical Product

To all health, care facilities and all health care practitioners in Dubai's private health sector

Referring to the above subject, DHA would like to notify all health care facilities and practitioners regarding the Circular issued by MOHAP for information and adherance to what is stated

- Voluntary manufacturer recall for one lot of pharmaceutical products  Gupisone 20mg Tablet

- Voluntary recall of pharmaceutical products  

- Medical product recall Eikonha Body Filler 10, 20ml

- Medical Device specific lots recall Minisart® filter 16534-K 5µm sterile filter which is co-packed in cartons of AmBisome® for infusion  

-Recall for One Lot of Pharmaceutical Product  Adol Drops 100mg/5ml

-Safety alerts for Medical Device BARD MARQUEE® disposable core biopsy instruments& kits

-Medical Device field safety notice for recall VERSABOND AB 40 GRAMS FORMULATION 2
