    • Select Request to change medical director service.
    • Submit online application after selecting the medical director professional.
    • Professional receive online invitation/ request to accept request.
    • Pay required fees
    • The application reference number created.
    • DHA review
    • Medical director is changed and updated facility license is issue
    • Receive the service via Sheryan .

    • Draft applications that are inactive for over 3 months will be cleared from the account. A 15 day reminder will be sent to the registered email.
