Service Steps

    To appeal violations, proceed to your dashboard and click on the Violations widget.

     

    • Open the violation you wish to appeal and click on the Appeal button.
    • Submit online application
    • DHA review
    • Outcome will be communicated and violations will be updated based on the appeal outcome

Additional Information

    • Draft applications that are inactive for over 3 months will be cleared from the account. A 15 day reminder will be sent to the registered email.

Service Limitations

    • Appeal must be submitted within 30 days of violation issue date  
    • Appeal outcomes are final and a violation can only be appealed once
