    • DHA review
    • In case of approval, DHA issues initial approval
    • Upload the updated trade license with the new name
    • DHA review
    • New Facility License with the updated name is issued

    • Draft applications that are inactive for over 3 months will be cleared from the account. A 15 day reminder will be sent to the registered email.

    • Facility license is not expired, cancelled, suspended, revoked or on hold.  
    • New facility name should be compliant with DHA regulation
