This service allows healthcare facilities to renew their active or inactive licenses. Renewal is available within 90 days before the expiry of the license.

Prerequisites

    • Obtaining a renewed trade license (for active facility licenses)

    For Active Facility License Renewal:

    • Accreditation Certificate Copy (if applicable)
    • Valid Trade License

    • Facility license is not expiring in the next 3 months  
    • Facility license is revoked
