Prerequisites

• The temporary nurse should have valid DHA license
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) report status for the Temporarily Nurse should be positive

Required Documents

• Filled application /wps/wcm/connect/32a93b1e-9092-4253-b779-0b78e2456ace/Request_Temporary_Nurse.pdf?MOD=AJPERES&CACHEID=ROOTWORKSPACE-32a93b1e-9092-4253-b779-0b78e2456ace-nrs9atMform
• Copy of both Nurses' DHA license (Temporary & Absent)
• NOC issued by the full time facility for the temporary nurse
• Malpractice insurance covering the temporary nurse new practice location

Service Steps

• Download and fill the form then click below on "Request service" to email it along with the supporting documents to ProfLicensing@dha.gov.ae
• DHA review of request form
• In case of approval, a temporary permit is issued and confirmed via email
