This service allows healthcare facilities to request temporary closure of the entire facility or of certain facility specialties (minimum of 1 day and maximum of 6 months).

Service Steps

    • Access the Dubai Health Authority website - log in
    • Select Request for Temporary Healthcare Facility Closure service.
    • Select the specialty required or facility, submit online application and upload required documents (if needed),
    • The application reference number created.
    • DHA review
    • Receive the service via Sheryan.
    • In case of approval, the facility is granted temporary closure request.
