Prerequisites

Required Documents

    • Updated trade license after initial approval

Service Steps

    • Access the Dubai Health Authority website - log in
    • Select Change Facility Ownership service.
    • Fill and submit online application.
    • Pay required fees.
    • The application reference number created.
    • DHA review, In case of approval, DHA issues initial approval
    • Applicant to update trade license with Commercial authority.
    • Upload the updated trade license in Sheryan with the new ownership shares.
    • Receive the service via Sheryan with update facility licens

Additional Information

    • Draft applications that are inactive for over 3 months will be cleared from the account. A 15 day reminder will be sent to the registered email.

    • Facility license is expired, cancelled, suspended, revoked or on hold.
