    • Access the Dubai Health Authority website - log in
    • Select the Issue Sick Leave Certificate service
    • Submit online application and uploading the required documents
    • The application reference number created
    • DHA review
    • Receive the service via Sheryan
    • Approved sick leave are issued

Service Limitations

    • Professional license must be an active full time or part time license
    • Facility license status must be Active
    • Professional must be a physician or a dentists (General Practitioner, General Dentist, Specialist or Consultant)
    • Professional Emirates ID must not match the patient's emirates ID
