Service Steps

     

    •  Access the Dubai Health Authority website - log in
    •  Select the Appeal Violations for healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities service.
    •  Select the violation you wish to appeal and click on the appeal button.
    •  Submit online applicationand upload required document.
    •  The application reference number created.
    •  DHA review
    •  Receive the service via Sheryan, Outcome will be communicated, and violations will be updates based on the appeal outcome

Additional Information

    • Draft applications that are inactive for over 3 months will be cleared from the account. A 15 day reminder will be sent to the registered email.
