Get Registered

This service allows applicants to obtain a DHA registration. The registration is considered a confirmation that the professional fulfills the requirements for the applied position (Category, title and specialty) and allows the professional to become part of Dubai Medical Registry. It is valid for one year where a healthcare facility should activate it into a license in order to start practicing.

Who Can Apply

    • Healthcare Professionals (Physicians, Dentists, Allied Healthcare, Nurses/Midwives, Traditional & Complementary & Alternative Medicine) who are not yet registered with DHA.

Prerequisites

    • Submit required documents to the Primary Source Verification (PSV) Agency
    • Pass any required Computer Based Testing (CBT) assessments. For information about the duration, number of questions, passing score, fees, content and references; kindly check the Mode of Exam per Specialty and  CBT Assessment Guideline.
    • Please note that you can perform your Dataflow verification and CBT Assessment in parallel.

    • Recent passport size photo
    • Passport copy
    • Logbook for surgical specialties

     

Service Steps

    •  Access the Dubai Health Authority website - log in
    •  Select the Get Registered service.
    •  Complete Self-Assessment Tool results can be found under My Applications page –Closed applications tab.
    •  Fill, link and submit online application for this service and upload required document.
    •  Pay required fees.
    •  The application reference number created.
    •  DHA review.
    •  Depending on the professional position, DHA may require an oral assessment.
    •  Pass oral assessment (if required)
    •  In case of approval and passing oral assessment (if required), the registration will be issued, and the professional will automatically become  part of the Dubai Medical Registry.
    •  Receive the service via Sheryan.
